Boulevard / seafront
Walk out to the promenade. Summer nights are loud. Worth it if the sea is the point of the trip and you are only here a few days.
City center
Closer to cafes and the old streets, shorter walks to buses and marshrutkas. Check map distance to the beach — “center” is not always “steps from sand”.
Newer towers / outskirts
Better apartments and kitchens, more Bolt rides. Fine for longer stays if you do not need to walk everywhere.
- Filter free cancellation if your Batumi dates can still move.
- July–August: book early; “sea view” sells first.
- Shoulder season: negotiate less, compare more — inventory is soft.
